Meet Chris & Hayley

Between us, we bring more than 30 years in farming, retail, and agronomy. Chris has spent over 20 years running his own farm and working in ag retail, while Hayley adds a decade of experience in retail and agronomy.

We’ve lived the same challenges farmers face — the high stakes, the long days, and the tough decisions that come with every season. That’s why we started NewGen Ag: to offer real support, practical solutions, and service you can depend on.
